Ken Mullinix
Film Photographer and Founder of the website. I started this site as a way to let film photographers share their images, grow a network, and hopefully usher in the next generation of film photographers. There's just something special about film. My first exposure to film was using my grandfather's Canon SLR back in the 1980s. My first film camera actually purchased by me was a Kodak point and shoot in the early 1990's. My first paid gig was working for my mother's real estate company, taking photos of homes, getting them developed, and then getting them into the homes section of the community paper. It's amazing how the times have changed. That doesn't even seem that long ago. I don't know where the website will lead, but I code everything from scratch, so if there are features you want, just let me know and I'll see what I can do. I'm looking forward to growing a great, and genuine community.
