Macon, Georgia, home to the Allman Brothers, Rolling Stones keyboardist Chuck Leavell, Little Richard, Otis Redding, and two founding members of REM, Mike Mills and Bill Berry. Capricorn Studios in downtown Macon was the place to go to record Southern Rock albums in the seventies and eighties.
