I started shooting film over 50 years ago, using my Dad's Kodak Retina IIc rangefinder, developing and printing in my basement darkroom. Photography has been a part of my life, with starts and stops, ever since. I've owned a few digital cameras, but never quite connected to that process, preferring the slower more thoughtful analog workflow. I've owned many different 35mm and medium format film cameras over the years and have reviewed most of them on my blog. I've narrowed down my arsenal these days to a few Nikons and Nikkormats.
