There's now a Members page. You can access the page under the "Gallery" tab at the top of the website.
The page lists everyone who has published at least one photograph, with a few of their recent frames on each card. You can sort by who's posted most recently, who has the most work in the gallery, or who joined last.
A couple of things it deliberately doesn't do. It doesn't show follower counts, and you can't sort by them. This is a small community and I'd rather it not become a place where people see where they rank. The number on each card is how many photographs someone has made, which seems like the more interesting fact anyway.
It also only lists members with published work. That's the same rule the site already uses for profile bios — you show up once you've contributed something. If you've registered but haven't uploaded yet, you won't appear on the page until your first photograph goes through.
The Darkroom on the homepage
The message board now has a section on the front page, listing the most recently active threads with their reply counts, and a thumbnail where the thread has a picture attached.
Two things worth knowing that already existed but don't get mentioned enough:
- You can control every email the site sends you from notification settings — replies on the board, comments on your photographs, new work from people you follow, each set separately or turned off entirely.
- Board replies notify the person you replied to, either immediately or as one daily summary.
As always, if something looks wrong or behaves oddly, let me know!
