Kramer Junction Solar Energy on Hwy 395 just outside Barstow, California. Taken in 1990. The site began generating electricity in 1989 and was shut down in 2022. During operation the site generated 150 Megawatts.

Thanks! That's what attracted me to this place. I drove by this site multiple times on my way to Ridgecrest from Ontario. One day I stopped and took this. They didn't even have fences up back then.
